Audi has revealed its A5 upper medium coupe ahead of its November debut.

Three diesel and two petrol engines power the range, with outputs ranging between 190hp and 286hp.

Efficiency details have not been revealed yet, but expect the 190hp 2.0-litre diesel to be the most frugal. In the A4 upper medium saloon, the engine returns 64.2mpg and emits 113g/km of CO2.

Inside, the German car maker claims that space for the driver and passengers has been improved over the previous generation model, while luggage space has been expanded by 10 litres to 465l.

The A5 is also available with the firm's 'virtual cockpit' for the first time, which comprises of a 12.3-inch screen in front of the driver, which combined with the 8.3-inch touchscreen in the centre console forms the media system.

Driver assistance systems, meanwhile, include a predictive efficiency feature, which the firm claims helps drivers save fuel, while the A5 also includes an active lane assist tool and cruise control.
