FTA adds licence checking tool to VisionFTA compliance software

The Freight Transport Association has added licence checking capability to its VisionFTA compliance software.
It means that FTA members are now able to view alerts from its partner, licence-checking service Licence Bureau, when logged into the compliance tool, removing the need for separate checks.
"It is really important for all operators to ensure that their drivers' details are up-to-date and that their licences are fit for purpose," said Licence Bureau director Malcolm Maycock. "Linking our licence checking service to VisionFTA helps to provide them with all information they need to fulfil their legal obligations in once place."
