The start point for the best source of fleet information

FuelGenie secures contract with Timpson

Date: 02 August 2016   |   Author: Daniel Puddicombe

Fuel card company FuelGenie has signed a deal with retail service provider Timpson for its 300-strong fleet of vehicles.

The high street company made the switch to FuelGenie cards in order to reduce the costs on transaction and card fees.

FuelGenie said its cards reduce costs by not having any hidden surcharges and up to 45 days credit, while the company claims it can reduce fuel costs by up to 3p a litre by offering fuel at more than 1350 Tesco, Morrisons and Sainsbury's forecourts.

"As a business with a 300 vehicle fleet, with an average of 25,000 miles per year per vehicle, we strongly believe that not only will we continue to reduce administration time within Timpson's business and thus save the business money, but also increase fuel efficiency amongst the fleet," said Robert Pieczka, managing director of FuelGenie.
