Hull colleges to receive salsac through TCH

Date: 14 July 2016   |   Author: Daniel Puddicombe

TCH Leasing has announced it is supplying a car salary sacrifice service to Hull College Group as part of its employee benefits package.

The group said it is making the salsac scheme available to all 1200 staff members, which will provide employees with a fully-managed vehicle for a monthly rate, which is deducted from the worker's paycheck each month.

Monthly fees covers insurance, service maintenance and repair costs, and the scheme enables employees to acquire a new car every two or three years.

"As part of our wider benefits package, the TCH Salsa scheme is a great way to enable our employees to acquire a brand new car every two or three years at a cost-effective price. Increased duty-of-care and reduced CO2 emissions can also be achieved by offering our staff access to modern, low-emission cars," said Alison Taylor, director of HR and OD at Hull College Group.

"We are delighted to be the partner of choice for Hull College in providing their staff with the TCH Salsa salary sacrifice scheme," said Ken Buckley, head of sales at TCH Leasing. "We are proud to say that TCH Salsa has been adopted by more than 140 businesses since it's launch by TCH Leasing in 2009."

"For the employee, salary sacrifice gives them the chance to own a brand new car at a cost they can afford, with the benefit of hassle-free motoring as the maintenance, servicing, breakdown cover and insurance are included in the price," he added.
