The start point for the best source of fleet information

John Pryor re-elected as ACFO chairman

Date: 18 July 2016   |   Author: Daniel Puddicombe

Current ACFO chairman John Pryor has been reappointed to serve as leader of the group for another 12 months.

Pryor - who is fleet and travel manager at Arcadia Group - was first elected onto ACFO's board in 2006, and has managed the fleet organisation for three years.

Caroline Sandell, fleet manager at Barclays, meanwhile, was re-elected to continue as ACFO's  deputy chairman, her fourth year in the post.

"It is vital for me and other people who have fleet responsibility to be able to discuss key issues with like-minded colleagues who collectively have a wealth of knowledge and experience," Pryor said.

"In organisations the job of the fleet manager can often be a lonely existence as fellow employees do not have practical knowledge or experience relating to managing vehicles. Therefore, ACFO fulfils a fundamental role in enabling members to exchange ideas and information."
