Miele outsources 180-strong fleet to ARI

Domestic appliance specialist Miele has outsourced the entirety of its 180-vehicles to fleet management firm ARI.
Miele's financial controller, Matt Mason, said: "Miele has been delivering a premium service to its customers for over 100 years, with our fleet playing a pivotal role in service delivery. We needed a partner that understood our business, could support our drivers, provide innovative fleet solutions, and deliver it 24/7/365. That partner is ARI."
ARI's sales and marketing director, Jason Chamberlain, said: "Both of our companies are family run with a strong focus on service delivery and innovation. We spent a lot of time listening to Miele to gain a full understanding of their requirements and we look forward to building a successful partnership."
