New COO at FleetEurope

Fleet services provider FleetEurope has appointed Joe Howick to the new position of chief operating officer.
Before joining the Buckinghamshire-based company, he worked at Leasedrive for two decades in a number of roles, including rental management director.
"I have respected the business for the past 20 years and we share a number of fundamental values," he said. "I am particularly impressed with the depth of knowledge in the business; with the average staff retention rate of almost 10 years."
