New remarketing MD at BCA

BCA has appointed Stuart Pearson to the newly-created role of managing director of UK remarketing.
Pearson will oversee the remarketing giant's 23 auction centres with a team of regional operational directors reporting to him.
He has been with BCA for 21 years, starting out as a management trainee, before being promoted to managing the firm's Preston auction centre in 2000, and then overseeing the Bedford centre's operations from 2005.
For the last year, Pearson held the role of operations director, where he reported into Simon Henstock, COO of remarketing.
"This new appointment aligns our remarketing division structure with our other operating divisions and will ensure that we are prepared for the growth that our business expects to achieve," Henstock said. "BCA remains committed to the development of its management team and this appointment continues our policy of promoting from within."
