New Renault Megane priced from £16,600

Renault has confirmed its new Megane will cost from £16,600 when it arrives in July.
The most frugal version of the lower medium model - the 110hp diesel unit which emits 96g/km of CO2 and returns 76.4mpg - will cost from £17,900, though the French manufacturer confirmed hybrid versions will arrive in the UK from next year.
Six trim levels - Expression+, Dynamique Nav, Dynamquie S Nav, Signature Nav, GT-Line Nav and GT Nav - are offered with standard kit on all modelsincluding cruise control, Bluetooth connectivity, a seven-inch dashboard display and aux input.
Dynamique Nav adds to this with automatic headlights and windscreen wipers, a lane departure warning system, traffic sign recognition, hands free entry, DAB digital radio and a seven-inch touchscreen, while Dynamique S Nav adds parking sensors and a larger 8.7-inch touchscreen media system.
The top of the range Signature Nav trim level, meanwhile, features 18-inch diamond-cut alloys, LED headlights, leather upholstery with leather steering wheel and a electrochrome rearview mirror.
