Vehicle preparation company Ambrosetti bought by BCA

BCA has announced the acquisition of new and used vehicle preparation company Ambrosetti, for an undisclosed sum.
Ambrosetti company operates several defleet, refurbishment, logistics and storage centres, and handles 100,000 vehicles annually, with a portfolio of customers including manufacturers, fleets and dealer groups.
Ambrosetti will be integrated into the BCA services division, BCA Automotive, led by Mike Pilkington. BCA Automotive includes vehicle transportation, inspections and technical services.
"We are committed to broadening the delivery of service across the whole automotive supply chain to support our customers and the purchase of Ambrosetti now means BCA can offer a full logistics, defleet and refurbishment service together with new car preparation to our OEM, fleet and dealer customers," Avril Palmer-Baunack, executive chairman, BCA Marketplace said.
