Vehicle management company Fleet Europe has launched a 'mini lease' service to bridge the gap between daily rentals and leases.
Called SelectPlus, the new service offers vehicles for 90 days or more, starting from £6.35 a day for a Vauxhall Corsa.
Unlike most daily rental offerings, customers will be able to select a specific make and model for the duration of the hire period, Fleet Europe claimed.
Rates include maintenance, breakdown recovery, and delivery and collections. Once the 90-day minimum hire period has ended, the vehicle can also be kept on fleet for the same price or off-hired at any stage without early termination fees.
"Our new SelectPlus service aims to bridge the gap between traditional daily rental and long-term leasing," said Joe Howick, chief operating officer at Fleet Europe. "It is the latest in a range of new rental services FleetEurope is launching to help businesses reduce their fleet expenditure."
