Incident management company FMG has signed a deal with insurance company Lark to provide claims management services for the latter's clients.
The three-year contract includes first notification of loss, third-party capture and uninsured loss recovery.
FMG said its computer system recognises details of each policy, including the length of the cover and excess levels, and triggers work on each case automatically, saving Lark and FMG admin time.
Customers will also be able to check on claims at any time through a website which provides updates and reports.
"We aim to provide every customer with a made-to-measure service which reduces the cost of claims whilst providing exceptional service levels. We chose to partner with FMG because they have a proven track record in providing the highest standard of support to insurance brokers like us, with a bespoke service, which meets all our specific requirements," said Richard Graham, divisional claims director at Lark
Graham added: "Through our new partnership with FMG, customers will make just one call, post-incident, to start a fast and efficient claims management service."
