New additions to VRA board of directors

Date: 06 February 2017   |   Author: Daniel Puddicombe

The Vehicle Remarketing Association has appointed three new members to its board of directors.

The three new additions take over from existing board members - John Davies, Rob Barr and Craig Purvey - who have all changed roles within the remarketing body.

Rupert Pontin of Glass's, Tim Hudson of Cox Automotive and Phillip Nothard of Cap HPI, have joined the seven other directors, which includes VRA chairman Glenn Sturley and deputy chairman Sam Watkins.

"I'm delighted to welcome Rupert, Tim and Philip to the VRA board and am sure that their varied and extensive experience will bring new perspectives to our general industry initiatives. I would particularly like to thank the outgoing directors who have had recent changes in roles," said Sturley.

Pontin is director of valuations at residual value giant Glass's, Hudson is managing director of inventory solutions at remarketing firm Cox Automotive, and Nothard is Cap HPI's Black Book editor.
