New managing director takes charge at Arval UK

Vehicle leasing and fleet management company Arval has appointed a new UK managing director.
Miguel Cabaca has taken on the role after previous managing director Benoit Dilly left to take up a new position with the BNP Paribas Group.
Arval said Dilly, who was managing director for more than four years, was leaving following a period of sustained organic growth and the successful integration of the GE Fleet business, which have allowed Arval to grow its market share in the UK and almost double the size of its leased fleet from around 85,000 vehicles to more than 160,000.
Cabaca, who officially took over the role in November, was previously director of private lease for Arval at its corporate head office in Paris.
Prior to that, he held a number of management roles within BNP Paribas' personal finance business, which he joined in 2000.
Arval said Cabaca's experience made him perfectly equipped to provide continuity for employees and customers, and that he and Dilly worked together closely during the transition.
