Seat has confirmed full details of its new Tarraco SUV range, which is available to order now.

The new model, which comes as standard with seven seats, becomes the brand's largest SUV, sitting above the Arona and Ateca in the line-up.

Four engines are available: a 1.5-litre, 150hp petrol; a 2.0-litre, 190hp petrol; and two 2.0-litre diesels with 150hp and 190hp.

The 190hp engines come with automatic transmission and four-wheel drive as standard. These are available as an option with the 150hp diesel.

Four trim levels are available - SE, SE Technology, Xcellence and Xcellence Lux.

Standard equipment with SE trim includes DAB, 17in alloy wheels and three-zone climate control.

Stepping up to SE Technology adds sat-nav, dark tinted windows and 18in alloys.

Xcellence trim then adds wireless charging, adaptive cruise control, a rear view camera, an electric tallgate, 19in alloys and Alcantara upholstery.

Finally, range-topping Xcellence Lux spec adds a top view camera, 20in alloys, leather upholstery and a winter pack.

Prices for Tarracos with the entry-level 150hp petrol engine are £28,320 for SE trim, £29,330 for SE Technology, £30,410 for Xcellence and £32,135 for Xcellence Lux.

In addition to the regular range, three First Edition launch models will be available for a limited time.

The SE Technology First Edition, powered by the 150hp petrol engine, costs £30,475; the Xcellence First Edition costs £33,260 with the 150hp petrol and £34,745 with the 150hp diesel; and the Xcellence First Edition Plus costs £38,020 with the 190hp petrol and £39,505 with the 190hp diesel.
