Fiat has unveiled a revised version of its 500X SUV.

The model is available in two different styles, with Urban cars getting new front and rear bumpers, and Cross look adding restyled protective skid plates.

All 500Xs get new daytime running lights and LED rear light clusters, while LED headlights are standard on top-spec cars and optional with the rest.

A restyled interior features a new instrument cluster and steering wheel.

Under the bonnet there's a choice of three petrol engines: a 110hp 1.6-litre and 120hp 1.0-litre, that come with a six-speed manual transmission; and a 150hp 1.3-litre, that comes with a six-speed automatic.

All models are front-wheel drive.

Standard safety equipment includes traffic sign recognition, speed adviser and lane assist, while blind spot alert, adaptive cruise control and autonomous emergency braking are available as options.

The standard Uconnect infotainment system features a 7in touchscreen with Apple CarPlay integration and Android Auto compatibility, and can be combined with the free Uconnect Live phone app to add features including TomTom sat-nav.

Integrated TomTom sat-nav is also available as an option, as is a rear parking camera.

Trim levels are Urban, City Cross and Cross Plus, with Urban cars also getting standard equipment including manual air conditioning and cruise control.

City Cross cars add off-road styling features along with front fog lights, a 3.5in colour TFT monitor, automatic climate control and rear parking sensors.

Cross Plus also adds roof bars, a dusk sensor and front armrest, along with sat-nav and parking camera as standard.

Prices are £16,995 for a 1.6-litre Urban, rising to £18,995 for a 1.0-litre City Cross, £20,995 for a 1.0-litre Cross Plus, £21,195 for a 1.3-litre City Cross and £23,195 for a 1.3-litre Cross Plus.
