Honda launches interactive whole life costs calculator

Honda has launched an online calculator that allows fleet customers to work out how much a vehicle will cost throughout its entire lifespan, including taxation.
The tool, available through the newly redesigned fleet and company car section of Honda's website, allows users to compare its vehicles with cars from other manufacturers.
Honda says the new website, which also allows the booking of 48-hour test drives, has been designed to improve the customer experience for fleet managers and drivers.
Honda UK head of car Phil Webb said: "We're committed to giving fleet and corporate customers the information they need to make informed decisions.
"Lifecycle costing gives a more accurate method of effectively judging expenditure, and our interactive calculator enables fleet managers to understand the full costs associated with procurement, operational management, fleet management, risk management and remarketing."
