Updated spec for Kia E-Niro

Kia has introduced an updated spec for its E-Niro electric car.

The E-Niro now comes with the 4 equipment grade, which has been introduced to replace the previous First Edition grade.

Standard equipment includes an updated 10.25in touchscreen sat-nav, with telematics and featuring UVO Connect Services, along with LED headlights with bi-function projection, ambient lighting and a battery heating system.

Other features include black leather upholstery, heated front seats, a heated steering wheel, an electronic parking brake with autohold, automatic air conditioning, adaptive cruise control with stop and go, keyless entry and start, wireless phone charging, Apple Carplay and Android Auto connectivity, an eight-speaker JBL sound system and DAB radio.

Standard safety systems include lane follow assist, lane keep assist, forward collision-avoidance assist and hill start assist.

The E-Niro has a 201hp electric motor, and a driving range of up to 282 miles.

The E-Niro 4 is available to order now, priced at £34,495 including the government's £3,500 plug-in car grant.
