New e-signature module added to Jaama's Key2 system

Fleet software firm Jaama has added a new e-signature module to its Key2 management system.
The module allows a document to be sent, signed with an electronic signature and instantly returned back into the system, speeding up processes such as new vehicle driver handovers and daily rental agreements.
Once installed and configured, the module can be used anywhere a document is generated within the system.
Jaama says it is the latest feature to be added to Key2 following collaboration with its customers.
Managing director Martin Evans said the module was designed to instantaneously get valuable information back into Key2, reduce the administrative burden and also help the environment by reducing paper usage.
He added: "Businesses are recognising the benefits of digitalising documentation. As a consequence, Jaama enables fleets to embrace technology to drive administration and operational efficiencies as we move ever-closer to a paperless business environment."
