Date: 08 March 2019   |   Author: Sean Keywood

Fiat has announced special edition versions of its 500 city car, 500X SUV and 500L MPV, to mark 120 years since the company was founded.

Each of the cars, badged 120th, get standard equipment including a 7in touchscreen with DAB, Bluetooth and USB, compatible with Apple Carplay and Android Auto.

They also come with a 120th special edition badge and a new key cover, and will be available with an optional bi-colour 'Tuxedo' paint scheme.

The 500 120th is available with a 1.2-litre 69hp petrol engine, with manual or automatic transmission.

Based on the regular Lounge equipment grade, features include copper-finish 16in alloy wheels and exterior chrome trim, while inside there is pinstripe black fabric upholstery and a body-coloured dashboard.

The 500X 120th (pictured) comes with a 1.0-litre 120hp petrol engine, and features LED headlights, black 16in alloys and black side mouldings.

Copper-coloured upholstery is featured inside, and the car also comes with rain, dusk and rear parking sensors.

Fiat says 120th edition cars also come with up to six months' free subscription to Apple Music.

The 500 and 500X 120th models are available to order now, priced at £14,960 for the 500 and £19,495 for the 500X.

Fiat says the 500L will join the range at a later date, with prices and specs to be confirmed.
