Date: 06 April 2020   |   Author: Illya Verpraet

A mid-range equipment grade called 'Edition' has been added to the Kia XCeed range. Based on the 2 grade, it adds equipment such as 18in wheels and different upholstery.

The XCeed Edition costs from £20,995 - £200 more than the 2 equipment grade - and features 18in alloy wheels, rear privacy glass, electrically folding and heated door mirrors and black cloth and faux leather upholstery.

It also gets all the equipment from the 2, such as LED headlights, smartphone mirroring, an 8in touch screen infotainment system with a reversing camera, DAB and Bluetooth, six airbags and forward collision avoidance.

The XCeed Edition is available in three colours: yellow, blue and silver.

The Edition grade is only available on the 118hp 1.0-litre turbocharged engine with a manual gearbox. COstands at 145g/km, putting it in the 32% BIK band under the new rules.
