Seat is bringing the equipment grades of its Tarraco large SUV in line with the rest of the Seat range by adding FR and FR sport grades.
The Tarraco range now includes the base SE and upgraded SE Technology. Above those sit on one side the more luxury-oriented Xcellence and Xcellence Lux, and on the other the sporty FR and FR Sport.
The Tarraco FR starts from £31,680 (retail price, so the P11D will be slightly lower). This will be a 1.5-litre petrol with 150hp. The full range of engines is available with FR and FR Sport, right up to the 2.0 TDI with DSG automatic, all-wheel drive and 190hp.
FR equipment grade includes more aggressive exterior styling with 19in wheels, sports seats with an electric driver's seat, front and rear parking sensors, full-LED headlights, a digital driver display and an 8in touch screen infotainment system. All Tarracos have seven seats as standard.
FR Sport adds 20in wheels, black leather upholstery, parking cameras, heated front and rear seats and heated windscreen washers.

Below is the full list of engines and prices. Note that Seat has provided WLTP CO2 figures, which will be used for BIK tax for cars registered from 6 April. Up to that point, BIK tax uses the old NEDC system, which yields lower CO2 outputs.
