Brake and Alphabet announce speaker line-up for crisis management seminar

Road safety charity Brake and fleet management firm Alphabet are holding a free seminar on 3 March for fleet professionals on how to deal with serious road incidents.
The course is aimed at fleet managers and HR professional, giving them guidance on topics such as the implications of accidents, the practicalities of dealing with the aftermath and how to look after those affected.
Andrew Wolrich, from Wolrich consulting, will take a look at the costs of a crisis. Peter Michard, from the Institute of Car Fleet Management, will talk about how best to provide support and the third presentation, by David Higginbottom, from Driver First Assist, will cover post-crash responding.
Simon Lane, from Transport Research Laboratory, will discuss how fleets can learn from such incidents. Closing off the programme will be a presentation about drawing up a crisis response plan, by Glen Davies from AtoH Solutions.
