Date: 31 January 2020   |   Author: Illya Verpraet

The Skoda Kamiq SUV and Scala hatchback can now be ordered in the sporty Monte Carlo equipment grade, which celebrates the brand's rally successes.

For both cars, Monte Carlo brings sports seats, the upgraded 9.2in infotainment system, a fully-digital driver display, 18in wheels and unique styling courtesy of different front and rear bumpers, LED lights, a sport steering wheel, black roof lining and aluminium pedals. The Kamiq also gets a panoramic sunroof.

Both cars are available with a choice of two engines: the 1.0 TSI with 115hp or the 1.5 TSI with 150hp. Customers can also choose between a six-speed manual or seven-speed dual-clutch automatic gearbox.

P11D prices for the Kamiq range from £23,080 for the 1.0-litre manual to £25,730 for the 1.5-litre automatic.

The Scala is slightly cheaper, ranging from £22,455 for the 1.0-litre manual to £25,125 for the 1.5-litre automatic.
