Nissan adds N-TEC mid-range trim level for Micra, Qashqai and X-Trail

The Nissan Micra, Qashqai and X-Trail can be ordered as N-TEC editions from the end of January. The trim level adds black detailing and additional safety technology.

The Qashqai N-TEC starts at £26,475 and comes with black 19in wheels, darkened LED headlights and alcantara seats. 

On the larger X-Trail model, customers can order the new N-TEC trim with the 1.7dCi diesel engine, and are offered the choice of five or seven seats, and two- or four-wheel drive.

The X-Trail N-TEC features black 18in alloy wheels, a number of other black accents and illuminated door sill trims.

Both SUVs come with park assist and the NissanConnect infotainment systems, as well as the ProPILOT semi-autonomous driving system on cars with an automatic gearbox.

The final model available in N-TEC trim is the Micra supermini. Starting from £16,995, it comes with all the equipment from the Acenta grade, but adds 17in black alloy wheels, gloss black details, privacy glass and front fog lights.

the NissanConnect infotainment system with navigation, Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, as well as rear parking sensors and a rear-view camera are also included. Automatic emergency braking completes the package.
