New chief commercial officer for Daimler Fleet Management

Lesley Slater has been named as chief commercial officer for Daimler Fleet Management (DFM).
Slater is said to have more than 25 years of fleet and leasing experience, and moves from Leaseplan, where since 2014 she has been a UK board member as operations and business development director.
Prior to that she was Leaseplan's brand director, leading both the public sector and large corporate areas of the business.
DFM, a multi-marque operation, is the UK fleet and leasing arm of Daimler Mobility AG.
Slater said: "Joining DFM as CCO at a time where there is such a focus on their brand and growth strategy is the perfect opportunity for me to continue my career in the leasing and fleet management sector.
"I am looking forward to working with the team to deliver great service to our customers and grow our UK business."
