VW Financial Services to overhaul customer experience

VW Financial Services has enlisted digital product developer 383 Project to improve its customer service.
383 Project will undertake a review of VWFS's customer experience to find out how it can be streamlined and how the strategy can be made more engaging.
Dan James, marketing director at VWFS, said: "The work we will be doing with 383 will allow us, as a business, to take a step back from our day-to-day work and focus on what means the most to our customers. We're excited about how our new customer experience strategy is going to impact our future and the experience it's going to create for our customers."
