ARI announces key team promotions

Date: 20 May 2020   |   Author: Simon Harris

Fleet services provider ARI has announced promotions in both sales and client relations.

With his predecessor leaving ARI, Rory Mackinnon has been promoted to UK sales director and will now oversee the development and growth of ARI's fleet portfolio across the UK.

In his new role, Mackinnon will use his experience to help our customers across the country successfully navigate their complex business challenges, while maximising their revenue-generating fleet potential.

All of ARI's UK business development managers will report directly to him.

"Rory has been instrumental in the development and growth of our business over the last two years, consistently balancing keen leadership and business acumen with a drive for results," said ARI managing director Nick Caller.

"I believe Rory is without question, the right person to now lead our overall sales efforts and inject a true winning mentality and delivery of business outcomes for our customers."

Rory came to ARI from GE Capital in 2016, and has served as head of asset funding until his current promotion. He focused on building ARI's portfolio, using our suite of disruptive funding and fleet management solutions to revolutionise the UK fleet market.

ARI UK's Nimesh Chauhan has also been promoted, and will serve as head of client relations. Chauhan has been with ARI since 2017, serving first as strategic account manager and then manager of account aanagement.

"Nimesh and I have been working more closely together over the last few months, and I am excited to continue this and in doing so, get closer to our end customer," said Caller.

"Creating 'raving fans' across our customer base remains core to our DNA, and I am confident Nimesh's customer-first mindset will place our customers in a position to win."
