New Exclusive Edition versions of Mercedes-Benz A-Class launched

Date: 26 October 2020   |   Author: Sean Keywood

Mercedes-Benz is adding new Exclusive Edition specs to its A-Class lower-medium car range.

Two different forms are available - Exclusive Edition, available with 163hp petrol and 150hp diesel engines, and Exclusive Edition Plus, which comes with either a 224hp petrol or 194hp diesel.

Exclusive Edition is based on the regular AMG Line Executive spec, but with extra equipment including the Night Package, featuring privacy glass, 'edition' badging and floor mats, a black radiator grille, and black upholstery in Artico man-made leather and Dinamica fabric, finished with contrast stitching in light grey.

Also included are 19in alloy wheels, a panoramic sunroof, and 64-colour ambient lighting.

Exclusive Edition Plus is based on the regular Premium Plus spec, and adds equipment including a 10.25in driver information display, illuminated door sills, keyless go, multibeam LED headlights with adaptive high beam assist, augmented sat-nav, and front memory seats.

Prices for the Exclusive Edition are £31,305 for a 163hp petrol with six-speed manual transmission, £32,905 for the same spec with a seven-speed auto, and £34,005 for a 150hp diesel with an eight-speed auto.

Prices for Exclusive Edition Plus are £37,320 for a 224hp petrol with seven-speed automatic transmission, and £38,095 for a 194hp diesel with an eight-speed auto.

Orders are open now, with the first deliveries scheduled for November.
