Specs announced for Peugeot E-Traveller electric MPV

Date: 02 October 2020   |   Author: Sean Keywood

Peugeot has announced details of the new E-Traveller electric MPV.

Like its platform-sharing cousin, the Citroen E-Spacetourer, the E-Traveller features a 136hp motor and a 50kWh battery, with a range of up to 143 miles on the WLTP cycle.

An 80% charge takes 30 minutes with a 100kW rapid charger.

The E-Traveller comes in two body lengths, Standard and Long, and can accommodate up to eight passengers.

The range features two equipment grades - Active and Allure.

Standard equipment with Active cars includes 17in wheels, rear parking sensors, cruise control, twin sliding rear doors, and a 7in touchscreen with Apple Carplay and Android Auto connectivity.

The Allure grade features further equipment including front parking sensors, a 180-degree rear camera, keyless entry and start, Xenon headlights, electric sliding doors, sat-nav, and a head-up display.

Unlike the E-Spacetourer, the E-Traveller is not available to order yet, however reservations are being accepted now, ahead of the model's arrival in 2021.

Prices are yet to be announced.
