Citroen Grand C4 Spacetourer range revised

Date: 19 August 2021   |   Author: Sean Keywood

Citroen has announced a streamlined range line-up for its Grand C4 Spacetourer MPV.

The previous entry-level Live equipment grade has been deleted from the range, leaving only Sense and Shine specs in place.

In addition, the Sense grade will no longer be available with a diesel auto engine option.

Citroen said the changes had been made as more than 90% of buyers previously opted for Sense and Shine spec, with around 60% choosing the latter, range-topping model.

Standard equipment with the Sense grade includes 17in alloy wheels, dark tinted side windows, aluminium roof bars, a reversing camera, a 12in HD display, a 7in touchscreen with sat-nav, Apple Carplay and Android Auto connectivity, autonomous emergency braking, driver attention alert, speed limit recognition and recommendation, and tyre pressure monitoring.

Further equipment with the Shine grade includes a panoramic sunroof, black door mirrors, intelligent headlights, active lane departure warning, active cruise control with speed limiter, blind spot monitoring, and park assist.

There's a choice of 130hp petrol or diesel engines, with six-speed manual or eight-speed automatic transmission. The lowest official CO2 emissions in the range are achieved by a diesel manual Sense, at 129g/km.

Range prices start at £28,630 for a Sense petrol manual, and rise as high as £34,125 for a Shine diesel auto.
