N Line variant announced for new Hyundai Tucson range

Date: 27 January 2021   |   Author: Sean Keywood

Hyundai is to make the latest version of its Tucson SUV available with the N Line equipment grade.

Like with other Hyundai N Line models, the Tucson N Line features sporty styling features, in this case including a redesigned front grille, larger front air intake, more rectangular front and rear bumpers, silver skid plates and black headlight bezels.

There is also a larger rear spoiler, a rear diffuser, twin-tip exhausts and 19in alloy wheels.

Inside, there is N-branding on the sports seats and steering wheel, while other interior features include a black headliner and metal pedals.

Hyundai says the Tucson N Line will be available with all engine options from the regular range except for the diesel. This means a range of powertrains based on the 1.6-litre Smartstream petrol engine, including a 150hp petrol, 150hp and 180hp mild hybrids, a 230hp hybrid, and a 265hp plug-in hybrid.

The petrol and mild hybrid versions will arrive in Europe in the spring, with hybrid and plug-in hybrid to follow in the summer. UK specs and prices are yet to be announced.
