Orders open for facelifted Seat Ibiza and Arona

Seat has opened orders for the updated versions of its Ibiza supermini and Arona small SUV.

Both ranges consist of six equipment grades. Each is available with SE, SE Technology, FR, and FR Sport grades, then the Ibiza range is topped by Xcellence and Xcellence Lux, while the Arona range is topped by Xperience and Xperience Lux.

Both models come with a 9.2in touchscreen with SE Technology grade and above (SE cars get an 8.25in touchscreen), and a full digital cockpit system is included with the FR Sport and Xcellence/Xperience Lux grades.

Both models feature the Seat Connect system and integrated wireless smartphone functionality as standard.

Exterior changes to the models include new alloy wheel designs, and the addition of standard LED lighting.

The Ibiza is available with 95hp and 110hp petrol engines, while the Arona is available with these and also a 150hp petrol engine.

Prices for the Ibiza start at £16,945 for a 95hp SE, and rise as high as £21,745 for a 110hp Xcellence Lux.

Arona prices start at £19,260 for a 95hp SE, and rise as high as £25,835 for a 110hp Xperience Lux.
