Date: 12 July 2021   |   Author: Sean Keywood

Vauxhall has confirmed specs and prices for its updated Grandland SUV, which is available to order now.

The revised model, formerly known as the Grandland X, is available with a choice of plug-in hybrid, petrol, and diesel powertrains.

The 225hp plug-in hybrid has official fuel economy and CO2 emissions of 192mpg and 31g/km respectively on the WLTP cycle, and an electric driving range of up to 34 miles.

CO2 emissions for the 130hp petrol and diesel engines are from 140g/km and 136g/km respectively.

The petrol engine comes with either six-speed manual or eight-speed automatic transmission, while diesel and plug-in hybrid models are auto-only.

Four equipment grades are available - SE, SRi, Elite, and Ultimate.

Standard equipment with SE grade includes 17in alloy wheels, a 7in touchscreen and driver display, cruise control, front and rear parking sensors, and automatic lights and wipers.

Further equipment with SRi grade includes 18in alloys, a 10in touchscreen, a 12in driver display, a 180-degree reversing camera, roof rails, and dark tinted windows.

Stepping up to Elite grade adds features including 19in alloys, LED matrix headlights, wireless phone charging, advanced park assist, blind spot alert, keyless entry and start, and an electric tailgate

Further standard features of range-topping Ultimate spec include Alcantara upholstery and a 360-degree camera.

Prices start at £25,500 for a petrol SE, and rise as high as £35,015 for a plug-in hybrid Elite.

The first deliveries are scheduled for autumn.
