Prices announced for new electric Skoda Enyaq iV with orders set to open

Skoda will open orders for its new Enyaq iV electric car tomorrow (10 March).
The model will be available with a choice of two battery sizes - 62kWh and 82kWh. The former will come with a 180hp motor, and the latter with a 204hp motor, with driving ranges on the WLTP combined cycle of 256 miles and 333 miles respectively.
Both versions come with 50kW DC charging capability as standard, which can optionally be increased to 100kW with the smaller battery, and 125kw with the bigger battery.
At launch, standard equipment with a 60 Nav model - with the smaller battery - will include 19in alloy wheels, a 13in touchscreen with sat-nav, rear parking sensors, dual-zone climate control, keyless go, and autonomous emergency braking.
Stepping up to the bigger-batteried 80 model will also add equipment including a reversing camera, front parking sensors, and a heated steering wheel.
Prices, including the UK Government's £3,000 plug-in car grant, will start at £31,085 for the 60 Nav, and rise to £35,950 for the 80.
