Vauxhall Combo-E Life specs and prices announced

Date: 12 May 2021   |   Author: Sean Keywood

Vauxhall has confirmed specs and prices for the Combo-E Life, the electric version of its van-based MPV.

The Combo-E Life has a 136hp electric motor and a 50kWh battery, with a range of up to 174 miles on the official WLTP cycle.

Only a single equipment grade, SE, makes up the range, but there is a choice of Medium or XL vehicle lengths - the former with five or seven seats, and the latter with seven seats only.

Standard equipment includes 16in alloy wheels, LED daytime running lights with high-beam assist, a panoramic rear-view camera, rear parking sensors, and an 8in colour touchscreen with Apple Carplay and Android Auto connectivity.

Driver assistance features include autonomous emergency braking, cruise control with speed limiter, and speed sign recognition.

The Combo-E Life is available to order now, with the first deliveries due in October. Prices, including the UK Government's £2,500 plug-in car grant, are £31,610 for a Medium five-seater, and £32,110 for a Medium seven-seater.

The price of the XL falls outside the grant eligibility range, at £35,710.
