Fuel management company TMC has added a new EV charger location feature to its Mileage Track app.
As well as showing drivers on a map where nearby chargers are, based on their location, the app also shows them how much each charger costs to use, the number of chargers at the location, the name of the operator, and the types of connection available.
TMC managing director Paul Hollick said: "This new addition to our app is all part of our plan to help fleets transition to electric vehicles with confidence.
"Although most charging is currently carried out at drivers' homes, as EV adoption becomes more widespread, public charging will become more of a necessity because a home charging unit isn't an option for many.
"The new functionality in the app gives drivers confidence in using the public network as they can find their nearest charging station at all times."
