Renault has made two new equipment grades available with its Captur small SUV.

The new SE Limited spec sits between the existing entry-level Play and mid-range Iconic grades in the range, while the sporty R.S. Line spec sits at the top of the range above the previously range-topping S Edition.

Standard features fitted to SE Limited cars include two-tone paint with contrasting black roof, 17in diamond-cut alloy wheels, privacy glass, 7in touchscreen sat-nav, and traffic sign recognition with overspeed protection.

The R.S.Line grade features a sporty makeover for the front bumper and grille, along with a grey rear air diffuser, extra-tinted rear windows, 18in alloy wheels, double-chromed tailpipe elements, and two-tone paint with contrasting roof.

Inside there are aluminium door sills, red stitching and red stripe details on the seats, red and grey stitching on the steering wheel, red trim detailing, a carbon dashboard finish, a black interior roof lining, aluminium pedals, and a frameless rear-view mirror, along with other standard equipment including a 9.3in touchscreen.

Prices for the Captur SE Limited start at £20,300, while R.S. Line prices start at £23,800, both with 90hp petrol engines.

Both grades are also available with 140hp petrol engines, and R.S. Line is also available with a 160hp plug-in hybrid powertrain, priced at £32,695.

Renault has also announced spec changes for other grades in the Captur range, with Play models now featuring rear parking sensors, and Iconic cars now featuring automatic high and low beam, and C-shaped LED lighting signature with 3D-effect rear lights.

S Edition spec has gained 18in diamond-cut alloy wheels.
