TCH Leasing deploys Key2 system for fleet management

Date: 19 November 2021   |   Author: Sean Keywood

TCH Leasing has rolled out Jaama's Key2 platform to run its fleet of 9,000 contract hire, managed and salary sacrifice vehicles.

TCH is said to have chosen to work with Jaama due to a preference for a proven system provider to support its growth aspirations and cater for a diverse range of fleet customers.

The system was implemented remotely via Zoom due to the Covid-19 pandemic, including training for up to 50 TCH users.

TCH has adopted Key2's fully integrated accounting module, enabling all accounting processes to be centralised in one system, while its own app, customer portals and e-signature facility have also been incorporated into the Key2 system.

TCH joint managing director Mark Hammond said: "We work to the ethos of one size does not fit all when it comes to vehicle leasing. We work with several different types of fleets from SMEs to blue chip companies as well as public sector customers. We also run a small brokerage and daily rental operation while around 15-20% of our fleet is made up of light commercials.

"Add to that a newly launched salary sacrifice scheme and you can appreciate how diverse our fleet is and the multiple requirements of our customers and their drivers.

"Jaama's Key2 system has the power to manage everything within one system and their team understand our different customer's requirements from quote to order and in-life vehicle management."

Hammond said another advantage of Key2 was its up-to-date data on EVs and hybrids.

He said: "Drivers want quotes on cars that have been recently launched by manufacturers and we can rest assured our quotation engine includes these models with the very latest government grant allowances.

"This dynamic approach adds real value to our offering to customers, which compares with our previous systems which didn't evolve much over a five-year period."

Jaama managing director Martin Evans said: "There has been a greater focus on software that can bring tangible improvements during the pandemic, and we are pleased TCH has chosen to work with us to future proof the running of its business.

"TCH's 'one size does not fit all' company ethos means they provide different bespoke solutions to their eclectic mix of fleet customers.

"Key2 is set up to manage all of these different customer arrangements on a single platform and we look forward to working with TCH and help them grow their fleet over the coming years."
