Date: 17 September 2021   |   Author: Sean Keywood

Citroen is providing a fleet of 300 electric E-C4 cars to car subscription service Onto.

The cars, specced in the range-topping Shine Plus equipment grade, will be available to Onto customers from next month.

Access to the cars through the scheme will include insurance, a 1,000 mile-per-month allowance, servicing and maintenance, and charging at over 11,000 chargers.

The E-C4 has a 136hp electric motor and a 50kWh battery, allowing a driving range of up to 217 miles on the official WLTP cycle, while CCS rapid charging capability allows an 80% battery charge in 30 minutes with a 100kW charger.

Onto CEO and co-founder Rob Jolly said: "Citroen is a fantastic brand and we're delighted to be able to offer their new E-C4 to our customers.

"We love to offer our customers flexibility and choice when it comes to choosing their car and we're excited to bring this new model on board - one that we're certain will be a popular addition."
