Integrated ODO accident management system launched

A new integrated accident management service has been introduced for the ODO fleet management system.

The service has been developed by ODO's parent company Drive Software Solutions in partnership with accident management company FMG.

The service includes: 24/7/365 operation for drivers involved in accidents; courtesy car, vehicle recovery, and liability assessment; first notice of loss management; repair management and downtime control; and claims handling and uninsured loss recovery.

All information and data regarding any accident will be visible to fleet managers through the ODO fleet management dashboard.
