FOD Mobility Group has appointed Penny Healy as product director for its mobility-as-a-service app Mobilleo.
Healy brings more than ten years of experience to the role, having previously held various senior management positions in the travel sector.
Most recently, as senior app product manager at Easyjet, she is said to have introduced various optimisation improvements and innovations that led to a 40% year-over-year increase in app revenue.
In her new role, she will be tasked with developing and owning the product roadmap for Mobilleo, establishing priorities for the product development teams, and working closely with the sales teams to manage workflows.
Healy said: "I was approached about the position by FOD's Chief Technology Officer Simon Lamkin, who I'd previously worked with at Easyjet.
"I could see that he was genuinely passionate about the company, and the product director opportunity sounded like the perfect fit for my skills, experience, and personality.
"Since I joined the business, I've discovered such a warm and welcoming team, made up of truly authentic people who believe in the company and its direction. It's a privilege to be part of something with such growth potential and great leadership and I'm thrilled to be part of the FOD journey."
