Honda has revealed UK specs and prices for the new, sixth-generation version of its CR-V SUV.

As previously announced, the new CR-V will be available with a choice of conventional hybrid and plug-in hybrid powertrains, with the latter said to offer an electric-only range of up to 50 miles.

The conventional hybrid will be available with Elegance and Advance equipment grades, while the PHEV will come with the Advance Tech equipment grade.

Standard equipment with Elegance spec will include Honda's Sensing ADAS package, and Sensing 360 which is designed to remove blind spots around the vehicle, as well as LED lights, a power tailgate, a panoramic glass roof, front and rear parking sensors, a rear-view camera, keyless entry and start, a digital driver's display, a wireless smartphone charger, and a heated leather steering wheel.

Further equipment with the Advance grade will include adaptive driving beam, a multi-view camera, driver's seat power adjustment with memory, a head-up display, and heated front seats.

In addition to this, Advance Tech spec will come with Honda Parking Pilot, and My Honda+ app connectivity.

Prices will start at £45,895 for an Elegance model, and rise to £48,995 for Advance and £53,995 for Advance Tech.

Orders will open on 14 August.
