Allstar expands Alphabet partnership with EV services

Date: 07 December 2023   |   Author: Sean Keywood

Fuel card firm Allstar has expanded its partnership with leasing company Alphabet GB.

Having provided fuel card services to the company for 15 years, Allstar will now also be supplying its One Electric payment service, which allows both petrol and diesel fill-ups and EV charging to be paid for using the same card.

It will also be supplying the Allstar Homecharge service, facilitating reimbursement for EV fleet vehicles charged at drivers' homes.

Allstar Chargepass UK managing director Ashley Tate (pictured) said: "Alphabet is a key partner of ours with a shared passion for being at the forefront of mobility solutions.

"We're thrilled we've been able to add to our already fruitful partnership by providing them with our on-the-road and at home EV solutions so that their customers can benefit from added convenience and simplified charging payments."

Alphabet GB head of product and governance David Rose said: "Smart, flexible, and convenient solutions are at the heart of our offering and we're always looking at how we can make mobility even easier for drivers and fleet managers.

"By expanding our long-standing partnership with Allstar, we're reinforcing our commitment to ensuring fleets of all sizes get the expert support and solutions they need to break down barriers and supercharge EV adoption.

"Alphabet currently operates a fleet of over 55,000 electrified cars and vans in the UK, and 70% of new cars ordered this year have been either partially or fully electric."
