Vehicle movements firm Engineius has announced two new appointments to its leadership team.
Ritz Patel has been promoted to IT director, and Samantha Thomas has joined the company as head of network strategy.
Patel first joined Engineius in 2017, after more than 15 years with the AA, and is said to have been instrumental in developing the business's tech platform and data environment.
Thomas joins Engineius from Deliveroo, and is said to bring experience managing and planning logistics.
Engineius founder and director Chris Clibbery said: "Ritz was only the second person we employed at Engineius and was with us when we made our very first movement.
"He has always been an integral part of our development team and really deserves his promotion to IT director.
"Samantha has a passion for the detail and making sure that the facts drive decisions. Her findings will support Ritz and the network team to keep Engineius at the top of the game. We are delighted to have her on board."
Patel said: "It has been exciting to watch Engineius grow and see how well our tech-enabled service has been received. But you can't stand still with tech, and my mission is to consistently provide our customers with the very best digital solution."
Thomas said: "Joining such an exciting start-up gives me a great opportunity to make a difference and be part of this fantastic journey.
