Specs and prices announced for Honda e:Ny1

Honda has revealed UK specs and prices for the e:Ny1, its new electric B-segment SUV.

As previously announced, the model features a 204hp electric motor and a 68.8kWh battery, providing a range of up to 256 miles on the WLTP cycle

Details of two equipment grades have been announced: Elegance, and Advance.

Standard equipment with the Elegance grade will include eight-way electrically adjustable driver's seat, dual-zone air conditioning, wireless phone charging, smart entry and push-button start, privacy glass, a 10.25in driver display, a 15.1in touchscreen with Android Auto and wireless Apple Carplay connectivity, and My Honda+ app compatibility allowing remote control of climate settings and charging.

Standard driver assistance systems will include collision mitigation braking, blind spot information, road departure mitigation, lane keep assist, traffic sign recognition, front and rear parking sensors, and a reversing camera.

Further equipment with the Advance grade will include a panoramic sunroof, heated steering wheel, power tailgate, and automatic parking. 

Honda says the e:Ny1 will come with five years' servicing, a five-year guarantee, and five years' roadside assistance.

Prices will start at £44,995 for the Elegance grade, and rise to £47,195 for the Advance grade.

Orders will open in October, with the first deliveries expected from January next year.
