Accident management company Sopp+Sopp has announced the appointment of Callum Langan as managing director.

Langan, who has been promoted from his previous role as commercial director, will take full responsibility for the company's strategic growth plans, driving development of its service offering.

Sopp+Sopp services hundreds of thousands of fleet claims a year.

Langan said: "I'm delighted to take on the role of managing director at such an exciting time for Sopp+Sopp.

"Technology is at the heart of our service offering. It allows us to maximise efficiency and tailor our services to meet the specific needs of each individual fleet.

"We have a clearly defined product roadmap, and I look forward to delivering a strategy that goes even further towards reducing the cost and inconvenience of road incidents for our fleet partners."

Hannah Wilcox, CEO of Sopp+Sopp's parent company Activate Group, said: "Sopp+Sopp has achieved exceptional growth over recent years, and really developed its reputation as an industry-leading fleet supplier.

"We're well-placed to continue this impressive growth trajectory. With his significant industry expertise and passion for service delivery, Callum is the perfect person to lead the Sopp+Sopp business forward."
