Dacia Spring specs and prices announced

Date: 12 March 2024   |   Author: Sean Keywood

Dacia has announced UK specs and prices for the Spring, its new budget EV.

The model comes with either a 45hp or 65hp electric motor, and a 26.8kWh battery, allowing a range of up to 137 miles on the WLTP cycle.

The Spring - which has been available in other European markets since 2021, and comes to the UK in updated form - is being offered here with a choice of Expression and Extreme equipment grades.

Standard equipment with the Expression grade includes a 7in digital instrument cluster, air conditioning, cruise control, and rear parking sensors.

Further equipment with the Extreme grade includes a 10in infotainment screen with sat-nav, wireless Apple Carplay and Android Auto connectivity, and bi-directional charging.

Prices for the Spring start at £14,995 for a 45hp Expression, and rise to £15,995 for a 65hp Expression, and £16,995 for a 65hp Extreme.

Pre-orders are open now, with the first UK cars due to arrive in October.
