Mazda has picked the Geneva motor show to launch its all-new 5 mini-MPV.
On sale later this year the Mazda 5 will go head-to-head with the upcoming new Ford C-max.
Commenting on the new mini-MPV, a Mazda spokesman said: “The all-new Mazda5 is fitted with a newly-developed 2.0-litre petrol engine equipped with i-stop, and a six-speed manual transmission achieving approximately 15% reduction in CO2 emissions compared to the 2.0-litre petrol model it replaces. The petrol line-up also features a 1.8-litre engine with a six-speed manual transmission.”
