Chery has announced the Tiggo 7 SUV as its second model due to be sold in the UK.
The model follows on from the Tiggo 8, announced earlier this month, with the manufacturer, which owns the Omoda and Jaecoo brands, now also entering the UK market under its own name.
The Tiggo 7 will be available with a choice of pure petrol and plug-in hybrid powertrains, priced from £24,995 and £29,995 respectively. The plug-in hybrid will have an EV-only range of 56 miles.
Standard equipment with the entry-level Aspire equipment grade will include dual-zone air conditioning, adaptive cruise control, a six-speaker Sony audio system, and a full synthetic leather interior.
Further features with range-topping Summit spec will include heated and ventilated seats, a hands-free tailgate, a heated steering wheel, and puddle lamps.
Sales of the Tiggo 7 will begin later this Summer.
